The Kempton Hills House

This homeowner was ready for an upgrade- he needed drywall repair and interior paint throughout, a full kitchen remodel including cabinets to the ceiling with a new laminate countertop and custom cabinets drawers (built-in spice rack, lazy Susan, hidden trash drawer, and soft-close for all), custom knobs, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new shower tile, among a few other things.

The Bunn House

An abandoned foreclosure, we renovated this house from start to finish, raising the value of the home by nearly $200,000! Updates include a new boiler, a new roof, full kitchen remodel, full bathroom remodel, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, appliances, fixtures, hardware, windows, and landscaping.

A real estate investments client purchased this property sight-unseen and called us for renovations. We had to remove squatters, install security cameras, and get to work. As happens often with sight-unseen projects, there were many layers of repairs that went into this building- from cabinets to floors, walls and doors, countertops, appliances, and more.

The West Anchorage Fourplex

This fourplex remodel began with a real estate client calling to hire Moriah for leasing of his units, two of them unfurnished with 12-month leases and two of them furnished as short-term vacation rentals. The task was completed and all was well until tenant called at midnight with water pouring through her ceiling lights and down her walls! The flood mitigation crews, plumbers, electricians, and engineers were called in, and the whole project ended with new sheetrock, drywall, paint, floors, tubs/surrounds, appliances, and hardware throughout most of the interior; coupled with tree removal and fresh landscaping for good measure.
